Kia ora, my name is Sharon
I spent the first 6 months of this year taking care of two awesome pups and I am now ready to meet your 'fur baby'.
I am motivated by a love of animals and their welfare. I particularly enjoy caring for cats and/or dogs of all sizes and am available to give time to animals in my care because I do not work full time.
I offer:
Pet taxi - I am happy to take your cat or dog to the groomers or for a vet visit
Dog walking - I am fit and ready to take your pooch for an easy stroll or a fast paced walk. A stop at a park or suitable area will mean time to sniff about while on lead. I am watchful of other dogs, cats or wild life when in public with dogs so you can be assured your pup is taken care of.
House and pet sitting - feeding, exercise, games, brushing, bathing, cuddles, poo pick up or kitty litter clean, daily health check, on-going supported basic training for dogs.
I really enjoy interacting with animals and continually seek out new information in regards to care of dogs and cats so that I can keep the animals in my care stimulated with new experiences. I have found that a balance between routine and 'new' experiences work well.
Each pet has a special place in their families heart and I think building trusting relationships with owners and their pets are a key component when offering quality Pet Care.

I have hands on experience with my own family of pets and more recently caring for two young dogs.
Buddy and Ollie are Border collie x corgi and Border Collie x Bull Arab, they are now 11 months and 23 months old. I took care of their daily needs and at times had full care over a period of days. In that time I took care of all their daily requirements which included; feeding, exercising, health checks, mental stimulation, affection and on going basic training.
