Hello! I’m Charley, a 26-year-old animal loving young woman accompanied by my 29 year old partner Michael who shares my passion for animals.

Together we have cared for a variety of animals, including cats, dogs, pigs, chickens, goats, snakes, rabbits, birds, lizards, fish, porcupine, sheep, bulls, cows, bottle fed calves, orphan lamb and coyotes.

I grew up in Texas spending my childhood rescuing, rehabilitating and finding homes for lost, injured and orphaned animals. In my early twenties I lived in Hawaii, working as a professional pet sitter and volunteering at a cat sanctuary. After which I spent time farm sitting with three farm dogs in Australia before moving to New Zealand.

Michael and I have spent the past two years pet sitting in New Zealand. We have several verified, highly reviewed accounts on various pet sitting platforms and can provide local references.

Both Michael and I work part-time as online language tutors, which allows us ample flexibility to spend quality time with pets. Pet sitting brings us joy by allowing us to connect with animals wherever we go. We would love to provide love, comfort and care for your furry family members while you are away.
