Hi, I’m Claryssa! I’m a calm, responsible person who absolutely loves spending time with animals. I grew up around pets and have experience caring for both cats and dogs, whether it was looking after my own or helping friends and neighbours when they were away. Animals seem to sense that I’m gentle and steady, which helps them relax and feel safe around me.

I currently live in student accommodation, so I can’t host pets in my home—but I’m more than happy to come to yours. I know how important it is for pets to stay in a familiar environment when their humans are away, and I’ll make sure their routines are followed carefully, with plenty of affection and attention to detail.

When I’m not pet sitting, you’ll find me crocheting, painting, or reading—often with a cat curled up next to me (if I’m lucky!). I look forward to meeting your furry family member! 

THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE CONTACTING ME: 

• I am currently not taking bookings for after June because I may move from Palmerston North  
• I have a full time job therefore I can not stay with your pet home all day except on Fridays ( and weekends because I do not work on weekends) because I work from home on that day. 
• I can not do home visits on weekdays outside of Palmenston North due to my work.
• I can not do housesitting on weekdays outside of Palmenston North due to my work. The exception is from Thursdays on because I work from home on Fridays.
