Hey! I'm Katrina, a dedicated pet lover with a passion for caring for animals. My favourite things to do include going on hikes, swimming in the ocean, bird watching, visiting the zoo and of course, looking after pets! For the last 15 years, I had the joy of raising two wonderful chihuahuas. They were a huge part of my life, and losing them has left a significant void. Taking care of my friend's pets has really helped fill that void, and it would be a privilege to look after your pets and give them the love and care they deserve.

One thing about me is that if I could have any superpower, it would be to talk to animals. Nothing makes me happier than hanging out with our animal friends. My experience with my chihuahuas taught me the importance of love, attention, and proper care for pets. I want to continue providing that same level of care and affection to other pets, ensuring they feel safe and loved while their owners are away.

I have extensive experience in pet sitting, having cared for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, and small pets. I have just completed my engineering degree at UoA and am currently taking a "gap year". With this year consisting of working part time, figure skating (I'm a NZ rep ice skater), coaching young girls in ice skating and dancing. The only thing missing is that touch of joy and fulfillment I get from spending time with pets!
