What a great way to bring together pet lovers!

I love to see pets happy and think this is easier to get to if they can be in their own homes, with their own beds and toys. So if you need to get away for a little bit and want your furry friend to be cuddled up in his space, I can probably help out. :)

I am comfortable with all sizes of dogs. My boy Flynn was a Lab / German Shepard and my girl Sasha was a sweetie of a pit bull. I've had cats - or they've had me :) - and know that they each have a special personality to take in and appreciate.

Hopefully the pictures I've put up can give you a sense that I love being outside but am equally happy if your pet would rather be inside and snuggled up.

To make sure that you are up-to-date on what your little guy is up to, I’ll be sending you photos and texts when they are being particularly cute 🐶 or I think there's something important for you to know. Happy to take your calls if you want a checkup more frequently. I’d call you right away if there are any concerning changes, signs of illness, or injury with your pet or if they need to go to the vet in an emergency. 

I’ll provide feeding and water as required so having enough pet food left accessible would be super. I’ll make sure that your pet can have an unrushed wee when they need to. Please let me know if you have any special training approaches if your guy is still learning how to "toilet" outside or if they have any challenges or behavioural issues. If your pet needs basic, non-injectible medication, I can make sure s/he gets it on time. Just to make sure we get it right, we’ll write down any special requirements or instructions during our meet & greet before I take care of your pet. 

Services: Happy to providing dog walking and/or home visits to animals whose homes are close to St Martins, Christchurch.  With the price of petrol and that most of my pets are in the Barrington, Cashmere, Heathcote, Hillsborough, Huntsbury, Opawa, Somerfield, Spreydon, Sydenham, St Martins, and Woolston general areas, apologies but I typically keep to these areas. This allows me to keep my prices where they are. :)

If you are outside of these areas and still would like to meet, I've now set up a travel charge option in the booking section.

· Dog walking: During our meet & greet, we’ll discuss locations that your pet loves and we can get to in the time we have. I’ll just need a leash and poop bags. Base duration is ½ hour and there is an option for longer walks that you'll see when you book. 

· Home visits: if you are having a long day when you can’t pop home, this might be a good solution for you. For your cat, I can clean litter tray and spend time with the cat. For dogs, we can have some playtime, go for a little walk or have a brushing session if you want, and I’ll make sure s/he gets out to wee. Your house will be left just as you left it. Rate is for each ½ hour visit. 

If you'd like a longer one hour visit, there is an option to book for two visits a day. During our meet and greet we can figure out if you'd prefer the hour to be in 2 half hour blocks or one continuous visit.
