Kia ora!! We're Erin & Pippi, a couple from Wellington. In the last year we've been offering animal care services to people locally and abroad. It's the best thing we’ve ever done.

After caring for a small army of fantastic pets from all over Wellington, Pippi and I were hooked. In May 2025, we set off on a 6-month pet-sitting trip across Canada. Thanks to our fabulous hosts, we now have a Canadian found-family of fifteen cats and dogs - all of whom we miss dearly. Back in the hometown, we're keen to continue building lasting relationships with local pets - walking, sitting, home visiting, you name it.

When sitting, we are experienced, reliable and caring companions who adjust our care to each animal's unique personality & needs. We have experience with a range of different personalities: from extremely shy cats and dogs, to boisterous teenagers, adventure-seekers, and elderly pets. It’s so rewarding to ensure that every animal feels comfortable and cared for in their own home with their existing routines - while their owners are enjoying some well-earned relax time. We're happy to provide references from previous housesits, and are proud of the relationships we have built.

When walking, we are enthusiastic and engaging. We like to make walks fun - incorperating tricks, training and games to build our bond with each dog, making sure that walks are enriching - for them and for us! Getting out in rain or shine boosts the morale of any day.

We are responsible, tidy people with big hearts who love to lend a helping hand wherever we can. We live and work locally in Wellington. Pippi is based in-office, but Erin works from home as a designer, so she is able to stay with pets during the day. Because of this flexibility, Erin is also available for dog-walking services.
