Our family includes two dog-enthusiastic daughters (7 and 4 years old). my husband and I both work part time and my husband work full time but part time from home so your pet will get lots of company throughout the week. While we are mainly home, your dog will need to be able to cope with some time on their own (as we attend meetings, go grocery shopping and occasionally both need to be at the office etc). While our kids are very experienced with dogs of a variety of shapes/sizes/ages, they are still small so your pet will also need to be comfortable around small children.

We are happy to have your dog be inside and outside. We try to replicate the rules you have for your pet at home. We live near lots of beautiful parks and have a fully fenced yard. There is also a shaded veranda. The fencing is secure around the property.

I can also assist with ongoing training of your pet if you so desire. My husband and I used to foster rescue dogs since 2012. We have looked after a large range of dogs of different breeds and temperaments. We have chosen to take a break from fostering while out daughters are so young.
