Matt and I love dogs!

We would love to open up our home to a family pet in need of a short term place to stay and looking to be well looked after and loved like one of our family. 

Our experience is 16 years of looking after a cocker spaniel named Jake. He got walked twice a day and taken on regular adventures. We loved him dearly. We also have regularly looked after our friend's dogs.

We would only take one dog at a time or two from the same family to ensure the best care possible.

We believe in lots of cuddles and outdoor activities for the furry one - if that's what they like.

Our house is right on a few bush walks in karori and close to a dog park which makes that easy for us. We have a caged boot in our car cushioned out for travel, but would most likely walk to most places.

We would follow the routine you have already set as a doggy parent to hopefully help them be as little disrupted as possible.

We also have lots of experience with administering medicines as our dog needed them daily when he got older

Please note. We have a very sweet girl who is gentle and caring when it comes to animals. So any dog we take would have to be ok around kids - although we wouldn't leave either of them unsupervised. 

It is a BIG deal leaving your fur baby with someone. So it'll be important for us that we chat to make sure we are the right fit. Feel free to reach out and ask any questions and if you would like an introduction beforehand then that's more than ok with us.
