My name is AJ and I’m a pet lover! I have always had dogs and cats growing up and love having a pet around the house, it’s like having an extra roommate! I have a family dog back home, a black lab called Cooper, he’s a big softy and just loves a cuddle. I love taking him for long walks on the beach.
I'm currently travelling overseas so can’t have a dog of my own, so the next best thing would be to come and cuddle your pets!
I‘m confident when it come to walking and looking after dogs, I’ve looked after both big and little breeds so don’t have any issues. Same with cats, I’ve adopted stray cats in the past, they can often be a bit of a handful but with the right care and lots of love they settle in really well.
While staying in your home I’m happy to water plants, check mail and keep things clean and tidy. As well as looking after your furry friends!
I can offer dog walking in the area too, I have transport so can pick up your dog and take them for a big walk during the day while you’re at work.
Overall I think pets just like to know someone is there that cares and can give them a bit of attention. I can’t wait to get my own dogs but for now I’m super happy loving your pets :)

Alex is super easy to deal with and lovely. I didn’t meet Alex prior to the home visit and it all went ahead as organised :)
Alex house sat for us and looked after our two dogs and cat. She was responsive, friendly and took initiative when discussing the plan for the dogs. My mum was particularly nervous about leaving her dog, who was a bit more complicated than normal, but but Alex put her mind at ease. She also took our younger dog for walks every day. It meant we were both able to go away and not worry about them at all. Thanks Alex!
