I’m a 36-year-old, full-time working professional based in Wellington, originally from India, and a lifelong animal lover 🐶🐱

Growing up, animals were always a big part of my life. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, doves, and even hamsters over the years. Being around animals has always brought me a lot of comfort, happiness, and calm.

These days, as a renter living in the city, owning a pet isn’t an option for me, and honestly, I really miss the love, warmth, and cuddles that come with having animals around. That’s what led me to pet sitting. It feels like a meaningful way to stay connected to animals while helping others feel confident their pets are cared for when they’re away. If I walk into a home with a pet, you’ll usually find me talking to them, playing, or cuddling them long before I start interacting with the humans 😊

While I don’t have professional pet-sitting experience, I’ve spent many years looking after pets for friends and family. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending quality time with animals, whether that’s energetic playtime or quiet companionship.

I’m very organised and take pride in keeping spaces clean and tidy. If house sitting is involved, I’m more than happy to keep your home immaculate while caring for your pet 🏡✨

I’m keen to do pet and house sitting within Wellington city limits. I don’t currently have a car but am comfortable commuting via public transport when needed.

My motivation for pet sitting comes from love rather than money. I truly enjoy caring for animals and treat them with the same care and respect I would give my own. I’m happy to care for vaccinated pets and always keen to understand each pet’s individual needs so they feel safe, relaxed, and loved 💛
