Dogs are my love and passion! I have grown up with dogs my whole life and when I was 7 years old I started showing my dog in competitions. My dog excelled in showmanship, agility, and obedience. I competed until I was 18 and then started my own training and dog care services. As of now I am available at any time. Pawshake is my full time job at the moment.

I have experience in dog sitting, training, walking, and overall care. That entailed walking dogs 30 or 60 mins everyday, around the clock supervision of your pet at home, working 1 on 1 with you and your dog and catering to what you need training on. Some people asked me to brush their dogs while they are away. I always like to go the extra mile while house sitting; I will help take out rubbish bins, strip the beds, clean up dog poop in the back yard, etc. I want you to come home to a nice clean home where there isn't work for you to do when you get home from a vacation. Also go over security for home and pets. With drop in visits I do 30 mins of visiting. Plenty of time for your pet to potty, feed, fresh water, playtime, or anything else you need at that time. I can also do 2 visits in a day if needed.

I used to work at a vet hospital and a dog grooming shop in the past as well. I know how to administer medication for dogs and cats, basic dog poison knowledge, and how to muzzle a dog with a leash if seriously injured. With grooming I bathed and blasted and brushed dogs and toe nails. Happy to clip toe nails if needed.

My husband and I started a successful dog care and training business in the states and I fell in love having fun working with dogs everyday as my full time job. Seeing the dog friendly and loving community in Wanaka, I wanted to start the dog work again. If you are in need of someone to walk your dog, it starts at 30 mins, need a dog professional to house sit your dog while you're away, or if you just need someone to check in on your loved ones by letting them out to go potty and any other specials needs, then I'm the person for you!
