My name is Anna. I am a 26 yr old experienced animal lover and carer. I have a full NZ license.
My family has two welshies for which I do all of the training, grooming and exercising. They both have separation anxiety which was a learning curve for me but I wouldn't change it for anything.
I have 3 yrs experience from being a commercial dog walking: I would do bush walks with up to 10 dogs on and off lead at a time, so can easily handle more than one pet.
I love seeing dogs having a great time whether on a walk or enrichment puzzles and being happily exhausted afterwards. My walks depend on the dog's ability but are usually 1 hour minimum, same as my home visits.
I have cared for Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Chickens and plants :)
I think letting the pet stay in their normal environment is good for them when their carer is temporarily changed, especially for the more worrisome pets e.g. Separation anxiety, Reactivity and anxiety in general all which I have experience with.
For house sitting I would spend as much time as possible outside my other duties with your pets.
I groom my dogs and have had many compliments on their look but am not professionally certified.
I can do one-on-one training with your dog: Walking nicely on the leash. Not jumping up on people. Staying out of the kitchen, etc.
Desensitising them to grooming brush, nail clippers, baths, paws or body parts being touched.
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. one day before the booking, 50% refund afterward.
No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.
Note: All times are based on the sitter’s time zone
Anna did a lovely job of looking after our fur babies. Would definitely recommend 🙂
Anna was wonderful with all my cats and dogs, some of whom are elderly and quite needy.
Anna is very knowledgeable and passionate about animals and this is reflected in her attention and care. I am very happy to recommend Anna.
