I have experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes and different breeds and temperaments. having grown up with all types of animals such as mice, rabbits, cats, dogs and much more I have always loved to be around and care for animals. I've had a dog for most of my life and would treat your dog/pet as if it was my own. I know not all dogs are friendly to unfamiliar faces and I'm happy to meet and work with you to beable too walk with your dog or take care of them when you need, I understand that all animals have different needs and different personalities and I'm happy to work with anyone. Hi  I'm Rachael. I'm a reliable, trustworthy and versatile pet/house sitter in Tauranga. I'm in my late 20s, and have owned pets my entire life. Growing up we had cats and guinea pigs. Now, my partner and I live on a 15 acre lifestyle block with our elderly dog, Bella, my horse, Milly, and our stock (5 cows, 20 sheep). We also have chickens and bees. 
In the last few years, friends have asked me to house sit for various pets (cats, horses, dogs, stock, chickens) and I've really enjoyed it! 
I am fit and capable. I'm confident to walk dogs, and handle any rural animals - from mucking out to fencing and water, I've done it all. 
I prefer to come to you and look after your animals in their home environment, but we do have grazing available for short term stays for horses and stock. 
While I'm at your place, I'd be more than happy to help with any errands (mail, cleaning, watering plants, opening and closing windows etc - just ask). Depending on whether the stay is on a week night or weekend, I can stay for 1 hr+ during my visit(s), or might be able to stop in multiple times during the day depending on location. I am sensible and honest, and happy to keep in touch while you're away.
