Hello, I have been housesitting for over 6 years. I'm from Christchurch, however I've been living in Tauranga for 12 years or so. For the past 2 years I have been travelling & housesitting in the North Island.

(I am based in Tauranga for 2025)

The gorgeous pets I have cared for include cats, dogs, rabbits, fish, sheep, chickens, cows, and guinea pigs.

I do prefer to look after cats as I can go to work during the day (Please note: I do not work from home, I work as a temp) if you have a dog that can be left for the day that may work to?

I love meeting new pets and especially love to catch up with wee friends I have cared for in the past. I absolutely adore cats and dogs, and have met some very interesting characters along the way! and I look forward to meeting many more. I grew up with a Cat and dog, and just love their company and playing with them, and don't mind at all if they snuggle up in bed. I'm also happy to administer medication and flea treatments etc. and take your wee friend to the vet if required.

I can assure you that your house will be spotless on your return and I will treat it as if it were my own home, I'm quite the perfectionist. More than happy to water plants, garden etc. and really whatever else needs to be done, you only have to ask. I don't have green fingers therefore my gardening experience is very limited & sorry, I don't mow lawns 😊 I do bring my own food and other essential items for the duration of my stay. I can also provide my own sheets and towels should this be required.

Whilst your away I will keep in regular contact via text, Messenger or WhatsApp with a brief update and a photo or 2.

Where possible it's nice to meet with the homeowner and pet/s in person, or via Messenger, WhatsApp etc. prior to the house sit.

Daily Visits

I can visit your pet/s once or twice per day. My daily visits include: feeding, topping up water, cleaning litter tray, playtime, and collecting mail.
