Hey! We are Ash and Akshay

I (Ash) grew up with dogs and have cared for six of them throughout my life, while Akshay discovered his love for dogs later on. Together, we’ve been dog-sitting in Auckland for many years, welcoming everything from big Rottweilers to tiny Maltese into our home.

Our home is fully fenced with a spacious backyard and a covered pergola, giving dogs plenty of room to play, explore, and relax. Indoors, they’re free to move around and will be treated like part of the family, whether that means cuddles on the couch, playtime in the yard, or just a calm, safe space to settle in.

We regularly care for friends’ dogs, so our home is no stranger to furry visitors. We truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality and making sure they feel comfortable, happy, and cared for during their stay.

We do have a 6-year-old son at home, so we kindly ask that dogs are vaccinated and friendly with children. For everyone’s comfort, we also require that dogs are toilet trained.
