We are an active couple who would love to welcome your furry friend into our home while you’re away. We’ve recently moved into a new place with a big 680sqm section and a fully fenced backyard—plenty of room for sniffing, zoomies, and playtime!

Both of us grew up with animals(cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters and even a weasel!), and while we’d love to have a dog of our own one day, we’re not quite ready for the financial full-time commitment just yet. Still, the house feels a little empty without a four-legged companion, and it’s always lovely to have a dog around for company.

We don’t have kids, and I work part-time, so there’s plenty of time in the day to give your pup all the love, attention, and adventure they deserve. I work close to home and can easily pop in to check on your dog(s) as needed. That said, your pup should be comfortable being alone for up to 4 hours when I’m at work.

We love getting outdoors for walks and runs—it’s even better with a happy dog trotting alongside us! 🐕

I’ve looked after a variety of breeds and honestly love them all. If I had to choose my favourites, golden retrievers, border collies, boxers, labradors, and poodles would be high on the list… but really, every dog has brought something special to our lives.

We don't mind pups on our furniture. If it's allowed at home, your dog(s) will have their cozy spot saved on our couch for movie nights! 

I’m also a massage therapist, so if your pup(s) enjoys a relaxing ear scratch or belly rub, they’ll be in absolute heaven! 🐾

Your VIPaws will be treated like family here, with cuddles, plenty of playtime, and a calm, caring environment while you’re away. We’d be thrilled to look after them and make sure they feel safe, happy, and right at home. 😊

I only welcome pets from one household at a time, so your pup(s) get all the love and attention they deserve. However, during the Christmas period, due to high demand and how challenging it can be for pet owners to find the right care, I may welcome a small number of additional dogs, provided they are a good fit.

I offer a meet-and-greet first to make sure it feels right for everyone. To be fair to all pet parents, bookings are confirmed on a first come, first served basis through Pawshake. Thanks for understanding!
