I am a responsible, patient, and dependable person with a genuine love for animals, especially dogs. My partner and I have two golden retriever's of our own who are aged 2.5 and 3 years old and absolutely love playing with other dogs! 🐕 They will absolutely adore your dog/dogs and help them feel welcomed and at home.

From feeding and maintaining consistent schedules to daily walks, playtime, and basic training, I understand the commitment it takes to keep dogs healthy, happy, and safe. Having my own dogs has helped me learn how to recognise different behaviors, energy levels, and needs, and how to adjust my care to match each dog’s personality.

We are comfortable handling multiple dogs at once and understand the importance of trust when caring for someone else’s pet. We treat every dog as if they were our own, making sure they feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for. Because of our hands-on experience, strong sense of responsibility, and genuine passion for animal care, we believe we would be a great fit to look after your fur baby.

Our backyard is fully fenced and has a large variety of bush/trees so your dogs will love exploring that area. We also live 5 mins away from a fully fenced dog agility park, and a 20 min drive from the Kakamatua Inlet Beach (off lead beach area for dogs)! We will take your dogs for at least x1 walk a day ☺️

A bit about me: I am 28 years old and I am currently completing Bachelor of Nursing degree at Auckland University. I have quite a few days off throughout my semester if I'm not on placement... and if I am at home, I will have a study day or be working on assignments :)

A bit about my partner: David is 32 years old and is currently in the NZ Navy. He has grown up with dogs so has had a lot of experience with different breeds of dogs.
