Pet Experience
Dog Walking: I have walked many dogs over the years, mostly larger breeds. I grew up with German Shepherds and a Mastiff owned by my Dad so I grew really fond of bigger dogs (I still love small dogs too though!).

Reactive Dogs: My own dog was reactive with other dogs before she passed away so I have experience in training and calming methods in walking an anxious dog and appreciate that that kind of trait can be for many various reasons and requires understanding and a lot of patience. 

Pet Sitting: for many different people in the past (before I learnt about Paw Shake) and am always excited to build on my experience with all animals. 

Training: I can successfully teach new tricks to dogs with only positive reinforcement. I love watching dog training and behavioral videos and using the knowledge to provide positive and fun learning with pets.

Lifelong experience: My upbringing was in an animal loving home. I grew up around dogs (German Shepherds, mixed breeds), cats, homing pigeons, chickens, horses, guinea pigs, rabbits.

My Pets: Soley cared for my cat and a dog for 10+ years until they both passed away.

Availability/Work

I am avaliable after work hours Monday - Friday (7am - 3:40pm) and on weekends. 

 Personal Traits
- I'm very respectful of house rules and cleanliness. I want you to be able to relax after your holiday and not have to vacuum or take out the trash etc, I do it all without being asked because I care about more than just the pets. 

- I enjoy crafting, gaming, reading and watching movies in my spare time. I am a homebody, this means I enjoy just snuggling away on a couch with a dog or cat while I watch a movie.

- Love getting some form of fitness into my days (walking, stretching, weight lifting). I enjoy getting some exercise in with a furry friend so dog walks are exciting for me.

We can arrange a meet and greet before your desired booking date. If the chemistry isn’t quite right or expectations aren’t landing on the same page then you are under no obligation to confirm the booking! A meet and greet is always free. :)
