Hi there, my name is Debra, and I grew up with dogs and cats and can't imagine a world without animals in it as they truly touch all of our lives! Because of my love for animals, I studied animal behaviour and I'm certified in Animal Care. I started my pet care business back in 2011 when I was living in Montreal, Canada.

Through the years, my business evolved from a cat and dog fostering program, to a dog walking, dog grooming and dog sitting business. I have always loved animals and I have years of experience in taking care of cats and dogs and can provide excellent referrals too! I moved to Auckland in 2015 and missed caring for pets, so once my husband Daniel and I settled in our home in Riverhead in 2018; we opened our lives and home to animals again as we genuinely enjoy taking care of them. My husband and I both work from home and we're with the pets their entire stay and provide 24/7 pet care services. Our yard is big and completely fenced. Riverhead is semi-rural and absolutely perfect for dogs as we're not too far from the park and forest, which is great for long walks, exercise and tons of playtime with your furry companion. 

All animals staying at our home must be house-trained, leash trained, desexed, wormed, flea treated, & have up-to-date vaccinations. We do not take care of farm dogs. Also any medical, dietary and behavioural issues (separation anxiety etc..) that worry your pet need to be disclosed beforehand and when boarding. All dogs must be well socialised, food and bedding need to be provided please. The dogs are allowed to sleep anywhere they're comfortable within our house, but if you request your dog isn't allowed on furniture and so forth, we will stick with your requests. We don't take more than three dogs at one time, but if you prefer your dog to be on its own, we can discuss that as well. We require a meet and greet with you and your pet prior to booking.
