Hi, I’m Katherine – a 37 year old professional dog trainer with over 20 years of experience, including working as a certified detector dog handler with NZ Customs for 9 years. I’m passionate about animal welfare and love building trust and confidence in the pets I care for.

Based near the Ashley River, I offer reliable dog walking around North Canterbury and am available during the day as I’m self-employed. I’m confident with all dog breeds, cats, and small animals, and can administer medication if needed.

I have grown up around animals and currently live on a peaceful 10 acre block in Loburn.

My house check service includes 1 hour of quality time – playing with your pets, giving them attention, and watering your plants. I’m motivated by a genuine love for animals and take pride in offering care that’s calm, professional, and tailored to each pet’s unique needs.
