Hi, I’m Veronika — a long-time Queenstown local and lifelong animal lover. 

I offer dog walking, home visits, and pet sitting — including overnight stays — and treat every animal in my care as if they were my own. Whether you need someone for regular walks, feeding visits, or a longer house sit, you can trust me to keep your pet safe, loved, and happy. I’ll also keep you in the loop with regular photo and text updates, so you never feel far from your furry friend.

🐶 My Experience

• Grew up with dogs and cats — and have been pet sitting for friends, family, and clients for years
• Previously walked and cared for dogs around NZ, including pups with reactivity or special behavioural needs
• Helped raise a litter of nine labrador puppies — yes, it was chaotic, and yes, I loved every minute of it
• Attended multiple group socialisation walks back home with my family dog (a golden retriever mix), including work with dogs who had behavioural challenges

I’m confident with dogs of all sizes and temperaments — from high-energy goofballs to shy or reactive dogs. I understand body language and calming signals, and I’ll always put your dog’s safety and comfort first.

My partner Baptiste, also a big dog lover, sometimes joins me on walks and house sits — so your pet might get double the love at no extra cost!

🐾 Services I Offer

Dog Walking

• One-hour walks (or longer/shorter on request)
• On-leash, off-leash, or long-line walks — tailored to your dog’s needs
• Options include neighbourhood strolls, quiet tracks, swimming spots, or adventure walks around Queenstown

Pet Sitting (in your home)

• Daily visits or overnight stays
• Includes feeding, walks, playtime, and medication if required
• Perfect for dogs, cats, or other pets — just let me know what you need
• One or two long walks + shorter toilet breaks/playtime each day
• Note: I work weekdays, so I won’t be with your pet full-time during the day (weekends are more flexible)

Please be honest about your dog’s habits or quirks — whether it’s reactivity to other dogs, bikes, people, or anything else. I’m experienced and non-judgmental, and I want to ensure the safest and most positive experience for everyone.
