About Us

Jordan has an extensive background in animal welfare and management services, ensuring the well-being and safety of various animals. His hands-on experience includes fostering puppies, nurturing them through their early stages, and preparing them for loving homes.

Jeanette grew up in a South African household brimming with diverse animals—dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, birds, and even bottle-fed lambs. This upbringing gave her invaluable insight into animal behavior and care, which she brings into every interaction with your pets.

Together, we share our home with two wonderful dogs, each with distinct personalities and learning styles. This personal experience has shaped our ability to cater to a variety of temperaments and needs, ensuring your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while in our care.

Our Speciality: Weekend & Holiday Boarding

We specialise in weekend stays, long weekends, and holiday boarding—perfect for when you’re away on a short getaway or an extended break. We know how important peace of mind is when you're not home, and we’re here to make sure your pet is well cared for, happy, and safe.

Our Services

🐶 Dog Boarding

Your dog stays in our home for a 24-hour period. Dogs are never left alone for more than 3 hours and receive at least 1 hour of physical exercise daily (customised to your preference—multiple walks, a long walk, or playtime).
Ideal for: weekends, long weekends, or holidays.

Please note: To ensure compatibility with our resident dogs, we require a pre-stay meet & greet before any first-time boarding. This helps us make sure everyone gets along and allows your pet to feel more comfortable on the day of their stay.

🌞 Doggy Daycare

Up to 10 hours of care during the day in a safe, monitored environment. Dogs are not left alone for more than 1 hour and are given at least 1 hour of exercise.
Perfect for: day trips, errands, or when you're at work.

🐾 Dog Walking

Walks start from 30 minutes, tailored to your dog’s energy level and needs. In poor weather, alternative enrichment is provided.

🏠 Home Visits

We’ll check in on your pet for at least 30 minutes—cleaning, play, feeding, and toilet time. Great for cats or dogs who are more comfortable staying at home.

Additional Services

• Medication Administration: Basic (non-injectable) medications can be given per your instructions.
• Training & Grooming Support: While we don’t offer formal services, we are happy to maintain your pet’s routine.

Our Home Environment

• Pet-Friendly Household: Your pet will be treated like family, sleeping in a designated area indoors.
• Safe Outdoor Space: Fully fenced backyard for supervised play and fresh air.

Availability

We offer services on weekends and selected weekdays when one of us is working from home. This ensures your pet always receives attentive, loving care.

What We Expect from Pet Owners

To ensure smooth care, please provide:

• Any known behavioural issues or special needs
• Clear written instructions for routines, feeding, and care
• Your pet’s bed, leash/harness, food, and medication (if any)
• An emergency contact (not travelling with you)

All pets must be up-to-date with vaccinations before boarding for the safety of all animals in our care.
