Kia ora, my name is Brittany!
I love spending time with animals and think they make the best companions. We always had pets growing up and I enjoyed being involved in every aspect of their care. I always treat them as part of the family. I am comfortable with giving medication and will be sure to following all instructions regarding their diets.
I don't own any pets of my own currently, so I have a lot of love to give to everyone elses! Rest assured, while your pet is in my care, they will be getting all the attention they want.
Services:
I am available for home visits, dog walks or house sitting. I have experience with basic dog training and have taught our family pets some practical commands as well as fun tricks.
Dog walking: I would love to take your dog of any size for a walk. We can discuss how long you would like this to suit your dogs needs. I charge $20 for a 30 minute walk.
House visits: If you need someone to check on your dog for you, I am happy to stop by. I can stay for up to an hour and give your pet lots of attention and refill their food and water.
House sitting: I offer pet sitting services in your house while you are away. As well as looking after your pet, I am happy to bring in the mail and water any plants. I will keep in contact with you during my stay and give you updates on your pet to keep your mind at ease!

Brittany looked after Rupert, our 7 month old German Shorthaired pointer puppy while we were away for a long weekend. She was quick to respond to all communication, sent regular updates about how Rupert was doing and took him out for big walks each day. She also left the house tidy (including vacuuming up Rupert's chewed up sticks on the floor) and washed the sheets without us asking her to do this. I would definitely recommend Brittany and would use her again.
Brittany looked after our dog and house for us for a week while we were overseas. She was great to deal with and would definitely use her again 😊 thanks!
