My last cat Spike (20yrs) sadly passed away after a long illness in 2023 and, not wanting to get more pets at this time of my life, I started feeding and enjoying other people's cats, rabbits and chickens when they go away.

Spike required daily oral medications and lots of extra care so I am comfortable giving meds and understand the health needs that older cats can have. I'm happy preparing special food if needed, keeping litter trays clean, grooming, playing if they want to and of course just spending time during each visit getting to know your family pet/s.

Over the years I have owned several cats, along with rabbits and guinea pigs and always used a pet sitting service when holidaying. I found they were happier staying at home where they felt safe in their own environment and with daily pet-sitter visits for feeding and text updates it meant I could relax and enjoy my holidays knowing they were in good hands.

So I do understand how important it is to know that your pets are being cared for as you would care for them. You can be confident that I will take good care of your family pet/s.

I can also take care of things around the house while you're away like house plants/keep your veg garden watered, put rubbish out and collect mail.
