Hello, My name is Julia Hansen, and I am a local dog walker and pet sitter in Palmerston North and surrounding areas.

My old dog Bella managed to dislocated her hip within a few hours of us leaving for holiday. Julia arrived to collect her and promptly rang us to let us know that something was wrong. Julia was fantastic, cared for her until we arrived back (the same day) and kept us informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Julia and once Bella has recovered we will endeavour to have another break and utilize Julia's services.
Julia is obviously a lover of animals, and committed to caring for her own pets as well as those she looks after.
Bella was very well cared for and after settling in, was happy to be with Julia and her dogs.
I would happily recommend Julia as a pet sitter, she is capable, and caring, and I will bring Bella to stay again when we are next down that way..

I have had years of experience with dogs, including fostering rescue dogs, retired greyhounds and working with racing greyhounds. I have been working as an anaesthetic technician for the past 8 years, but decided to follow my passion, and start my own Dog Walking and Pet Sitting Business this year - Alpha Dog Walking.
I do in-home pet sitting while you're away. This is a great option if your pets get stressed in kennel-environments, have elderly pets, or you have multiple pets. I also provide dog walking services for when you're unable to exercise your dog.
