Hi everyone!

I'm Jenna, a 23 year-old student in my fourth year at Massey University studying veterinary science. I've grown up with pets all my life and spent time with a range of animals, from cats and dogs, to horses, cattle, sheep, and so much more! I love meeting pets of all different shapes and sizes and I wanted to share this passion by offering pet sitting or pet walking services.

While I am studying I live in Palmerston North (with two stray cats that have chosen us as their new owners), however when I am not studying I'm based up in Auckland with my goofy, hyperactive German shepherd named Murphy and a fluffy ginger cat named Mojo. Because of this I am only able to look after pets in your home, but I do believe that pets are often more comfortable in their own home and I do my best to make sure your pets are having a relaxing but enjoyable time!

With my degree I have done placements at vet clinics, on farms, and done lots of practical work with animals so I have good foundational knowledge of pet behaviour and how to provide optimal care in a safe and stress free way. I have experience looking after an animals daily needs, including any animals that are special needs or that are on oral medications too.

House-sitting and check-ins: When looking after your pet I am happy to do home stays (usually will stay at your home from late afternoon until the morning but may be flexible) and will send you daily updates of your fur baby so you can relax while you're away from them! I can also do check-ins of a minimum of 30 minutes, and can feed them, top up their water, give them a brush, administer any oral medication necessary and I am also happy to do small errands for you if need be, like maintaining your house, watering plants, bringing in mail, etc.

I understand how important pets are to their families so I promise to care for your pet as if they were my own.
