Hello! My name is Lucy, I am 24 years old. I like to spend my free time going for long walks, working out at the gym as well as doing a little bit of art and photography. And of course, I’m a big animal lover.

I have been on Pawshake for nearly a year now and have lots of experience looking after all kinds of dogs and cats. It has basically become my full-time job now which I'm not complaining about 😁.

The main reason I joined PawShake was because I lost my best friend Tica (16 year old Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise) in December 2024. I also understand how it feels to leave your fur babies home alone so you can rest easy knowing your pets are in safe and loving hands ☺️. At the moment I don’t work so I have plenty of free time to spend with your animals.

I have lived in Palmerston North for four years now and I studied photography for two. I have also worked part time as a cleaner at offices, retirement homes and regular house cleaning.

I offer house visits, overnight stays for all animals and walking services for dogs. I have my own car and license so travel isn't an issue.
