I am Taylor,

I'm a 28 year old full-time PhD student living in Palmy! I currently work with both cats and dogs for my study, which has been amazing - the unlimited cuddles definitely helps during the stressful periods.

I have grown up surrounded by family pets, and have a cat of my own, so I know firsthand how challenging it can be to have someone mind him when I have to travel out of town. My boy Iggy is my everything, so I understand that having somebody who you can trust to care for your pet as they would their own is all we can ask for - one less thing to worry about while you're away! I have been a sitter for pets of family friends in the past and handle cats daily for my studies. I will be teaching a cat handling course this semester at Massey University. I am also happy to provide references when requested.

As a postgrad student I make my own timetable and don't have frequent classes to attend which means making myself available for time with your fur children will not be an issue! I am usually available morning and evening, and aim to be at the office by 9.30am. Unfortunately, as I live in a flat I cannot offer my services to bring your lovely pet into my home. However, coming to your home where your pet is comfortable and in familiar surroundings would be ideal. 

Services:

Dog walking:
- Available to pick up your dog from your home for a 30 minute stroll and some fresh air.
- Will supply own poop bags if necessary.

House visits once or twice a day:
- Available for visits up to twice per day for a minimum of 30 minutes each visit.
- Tasks will include feeding, cleaning of litter trays and food/water bowls with the main focus being play time with your pets.

House sitting (overnight):
- Available to stay from late afternoon until morning (flexible hours TBD based on meet and greet chat).
- Happy to open and close curtains, bring in mail, water plants on request.
- My aim is a high standard of care for your property and your pet, treating them as if they were my own.
