Hello Fellow Fur-Parents,

I’m Juanita—a devoted animal lover through and through.

After a decade in the interior design industry, I’m currently making a heartfelt transition into a career focused on animals. I volunteer regularly at the SPCA, where I’ve gained hands on experience with a variety of amazing canines. I’m also currently studying animal care to strengthen my knowledge and skills.

Home is in Papatoetoe, where I live with my husband, our three teenage kids, Sardines (our crazy rescue cat), and our two handsome rescue dogs, Chance and Nismo. Nismo is a cheeky, food-obsessed Staffy X, while Chance is a smart, affectionate Huntaway who thrives on training and socialising. Their contrasting personalities have taught me so much about animal behaviour, communication, and the deep, unspoken bond we share with our pets.

Dog walking and home visits allow me to combine my love for animals with my passion for supporting fellow pet parents. I know how much our pets mean to us - they’re not just animals, they’re family! That’s why I care for every animal as if they were my own - providing companionship, comfort, and personalised attention tailored to their unique needs and routines.
