What is your motivation to be a pet sitter?

I’m motivated to be a pet sitter because animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve grown up surrounded by them and have a deep connection with their care and well-being. Back home, I volunteered at an animal shelter where I helped care for, rehabilitate, and nurture both dogs and cats. My responsibilities included feeding, bathing, walking, and giving them the love and attention they needed to heal and thrive. I truly believe every animal deserves a safe, loving home and all the affection in the world—because animals give nothing but unconditional love in return.

can you administer medication to pets? Can you offer any training or grooming?

I’m able to give pets oral medications like tablets and pills, as long as I’m informed about the correct timing and dosage. However, I’m not comfortable administering injections, as I don’t have experience with that yet. When it comes to training, I’m happy to help teach your pet using gentle guidance and positive reinforcement, always with patience.

How many dogs will you board at the same time?

I’m comfortable boarding just one pet at a time, or two if they’re from the same household. I prefer not to mix pets from different families to ensure a safe, stress-free environment for everyone.

How long are your dog walks?How many dog walks do you offer per day?

I’m more than happy to follow the pet’s usual routine as set by the family. If no specific routine is provided, I like to tailor walks based on the pet’s size. For smaller animals, I prefer two 30-minute walks—one in the early morning and one in the evening. For larger dogs, I’d ideally do three walks a day: an hour in the morning, an hour in the evening, and a shorter 20-minute walk in the afternoon. This helps keep them mentally stimulated, gives them a chance to soak up some sun, stretch their muscles, and enjoy some playful activity.

How much time you can spend with pets:

I’m available to care for pets 24/7, as I don’t currently work and stay at home full-time. I live with my older brother, who shares my love for animals. We live together in a pet-friendly apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. It’s a low-rise building in a safe area, with a large parking space in front and several parks, including dog-friendly ones, just a two-minute walk away. I can fully dedicate my time to caring for pets, as we rarely have guests and I hardly ever leave the house. And even if I need to step out briefly, my brother—who works from home—is always around to ensure the pets are never left alone.
