Hi! My name is Ellessa and I am 19 years old. I grew up in Cambridge, Waikato, and moved to wellington last year for university. I have a dog who is back in Cambridge named Luna. She is the one in my profile photo. I have experience with high-energy dogs and am willing to follow your methods to meet your dog's needs. I have previous experience house and pet sitting with a range of animals including dogs, cats, horses, chickens, ducks and even a donkey! At one point I was looking after and walking 3 large dogs together, so I am fairly experienced and comfortable walking multiple dogs. My longest period of house sitting was for 6 weeks, where I had to look after 2 cats, a pig and two horses, for the entire duration. during this time there was a two week period where I was looking after two houses, and three dogs, whom I took on walks every day while ensuring my duties to the other animals were not left unattended. I also had another job pet sitting with a very needy cat, who was lovely and always wanted cuddles.

I would love to be a dog walker, I have always loved dogs and wanted to be around them, they are one of my favourite animals. I enjoy walks of any kind and would be very happy to be able to share that with a dog. Dog walking is also a great way for me to enjoy the outdoors, and I would be very happy to take your dog on nature walks. I am able to administer oral medication to pets, but am unable to do injections or offer grooming services. I have some experience in training so if you wish for me to continue with any work you are doing with your pet, I am very happy to follow your lead. 

 I am currently a second-year student at Victoria University, and so my hours are very flexible. I am free most afternoons and most weekends. I am unfortunately unable to have pets at my residence due to my rental not allowing pets. I am based just outside of the city towards Karori, but I am willing to go to suburbs 30-45 minutes outside the city if via public transport. 

I offer house sitting and can stay at your housefor up to a week.  I will follow your instructions for security measures for your pet and your home. The happiness and comfort of your pet is very important to me. For home visits, I am willing to stay for 1-3 hours and will keep your pet entertained, with whatever you are comfortable with.  

While dogs are preferred, I am willing and happy to look after any animal and would be happy to work with you to meet your pet's needs.
