Hi, I’m Paul, a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for pets and house-sitting.

I grew up with dogs and cats, have had pets of my own, and for the past few years, I’ve been regularly pet-sitting for friends, colleagues, and clients. I currently have two cats, ChewBacca and Bacon, and I’m privileged to be seen as their personal butler.

Availability & Services:

I’m available for pet care mornings, afternoons, and most evenings - I am very flexible regarding time/day for house visits and sittings.

🐶 Dog Walking – Walks are typically 30 minutes, but can be longer if required, depending on your dog’s energy levels. I enjoy beach walks, parks, and safe neighbourhood strolls. If your pup has a favourite route, I’m happy to follow their routine! I can take them to The Back Beach, Tahunanui Beach Dog Park, or The Grampians for a good hill climb, even Marsden Valley Dog Park—whatever suits them and their energy levels.

🐱 Home Visits (Dog/Cat Feeding & Check-ins) – Visits are around 30 minutes per trip and include feeding, fresh water, litter cleaning, playtime, and cuddles (if your cat is up for it!). I can also water plants, bring in the mail, and take out the bins.

🏡 House Sitting – I can stay overnight and work from your home during the day (as long as there’s WiFi), ensuring your pets have company for most of the day and all evening. More companionship = less pet stress, especially in their familiar home environment. I also keep an eye on security, water plants, enjoy gardening and maintain a tidy home while you're away.

💊 Additional Care – I have experience administering oral medication to both dogs and cats. If your pet needs extra care, just let me know.

I’ve looked after everything from energetic young dogs to older pets needing extra attention, even fostering dogs with behavioral issues for the SPCA.
