Services I Offer:
- House sitting: this is where I come and stay in your home while you're away and look after you pet/s. But picking me this includes; daily updates with photos of your pet/s, easy contact, the knowledge of knowing you pet/s are being looked after and loved.
- Dog Walking: this entitles me coming to pick up your pet/s up and taking them for a walk around the neighbourhood or park that they know well! I am comfortable with big or small dogs and know how to handle all types of dogs reactive/shy etc. I aim to walk them for 20min-1hr or longer on request.
- House Visits: this entails me coming into your home and feeding your pet/s and hanging out with them for a bit to make them comfortable and to give them pats, cuddles or playing with them. The amount of time I come and stay is up to you!
Background info:
I am 20 years old and work part-time at a cafe in Feilding. I was born in Palmerston North and lived most of my life here. I currently live in a flat with two other females who also, like me, love animals. I have lived there for just over a year after moving out of my parents house. I absolutely adore animals, I grew up with a small Maltese Bichon until we adopted two kittens a few years ago that were found in a car yard.
Since moving out of home I have lived with a Golden Retriever whom I treated like my own until his owners, my flatmates moved down south and bought their own home. Since then I adopted a kitten at 7weeks old that had been moved between homes since she was born because she “was too energetic” and “high maintenance“. Ever since I got her she has been the one valuable thing in my life and I absolutley love her to bits. I am hoping to spread the love I have to my own fur babies to yours as if they were one of my own.
Experience:
I have on multiple occasions looked after my neighbours dog, a German Shepard, while she has been out of town for up to a week at a time, this consisted of walking him, feeding him and playing with him regularly. I have also looked after the cats of the same neighbour and my friends kittens as well. As you can tell I have looked after both small and large animals and thouroughly enjoy it. I personally feel like I have a calmingfeel with animals, I am a patient person meaning I am willing to work at the pets pace to gain comfortability so they know they can trust me and that I am no danger to them, you or their home.

Reviews
We asked Caylee to look after our cats again for almost two weeks. That was a long time for us to be away from them but Caylee kept us up to date every time she visited with notes and photos. We were able to completely relax knowing they were in good hands, and thanks to her patience and gentle nature our two older ones responded to her and they actually let her pat them this time. We have no hesitation in recommending Caylee, she is very reliable and we can't thank her enough for the great job she has done for us again.
We are very protective over our cats and until recently we were able to get family to look after them. When we met Caylee we instantly knew that she would work out and we felt relaxed about her looking after our cats. We have two older ones that are more timid with people, but each visit she took the time to try and coax them outside which we really appreciated. I would recommend Caylee to anyone and we look forward to contacting her in the future when we go away again. Thanks Caylee !
