i love giving dogs great experiences every day! I work part time from home leaving me plenty of time to take my dog and others on adventures. We do beach walks, hiking all over the Port Hills and sometimes the Canterbury Foothills or lower mountains, or local parks. Our destination on any day when we have guests depends on what your dog likes to do, as well as factors such as weather. Outings aside, the dogs hang out in the house, sun themselves on the deck (by the fire in winter), or hep me in the garden. We try to have two walks a day, a long one first thing (at least an hour but often several hours) and a shorter one in the evening for overnighters, though this is flexible depending on need.

I offer walks in my local area, boarding, and day care. Im flexible so if you want something specific let me know.

I've been a volunteer at a local dog shelter on a weekly basis for more than 10 years, working with dogs of all shapes and sizes. We use only positive reinforcement approaches. Ideally your dog will have a great recall and be able to walk reasonably on leash for the short times this is required.

I recently Iost my number one girl after a long fight with cancer, so it's just Big Ted (big, soft, 4 year old ridgeback x rescue dog) and I out roaming these days, so I would love for your pup to join us.
