Roxy the Spoodle (aged 9) has love in abundance and is now opening her home to another Doodle (Spoodle, Labradoodle) or similar. Andrea, Roxy's mum, also has an affinity to the Doodle breed and their quirks.

They are both long time residents at a fully fenced bungalow, on the Coastal Pathway in Redcliffs, up the road from Sumner Beach in Christchurch. As well as fully fenced, the medium sized property is grassed around the back. 

Andrea works part time from home. If your dog was staying it would mean your dog would have my full attention and would only be home with Roxy alone for no longer than an hour while I popped out. 

My partner and I are the only humans residing here and Roxy the only animal. I would only ever take two small-medium dogs at once. There are two soft dog beds, but the spare room has a king bed, two lounge suites and armchairs are also very dog friendly.

I used to have an older cat, looked after my neighbours older Collie and with Roxy's occassional ear infections, am well versed to 'pill crush and hide' and administering ear syringes/eye ointment.

Within 5 minutes walk are 4 local Redcliffs/McCormacks Bay parks and Coastal Pathway. Sumner Beach is 2.5km up road. I am happy to walk your dog for 2 x 30 min walks or an hour walk/play at the beach or park. 

Wet weather games include 'hide the croccie' or guess the treats in the covered muffin tray. Roxy is well mannered in sharing the toys in her large toy basket. 

It would be a priviledge to look after your fur baby, as Roxy and Andrea would cherish your precious cargo as their own while in their care!
