Hi we are Kaylene and Peter and now live in Kainga. We previously lived in Australia where we successfully owned and operated a doggy day care business for 4 years with previously owning our own pets for the last 40 plus years. Unfortunately with Covid we moved back to New Zealand to be closer to family so the business closed. It took us some time to find the right place for us to be but have finally found our forever place that has room for doggies to run around safely. We brought 4 dogs with us back from Australia (ranging from a little foxy to a staffy cross, Ridgeback cross and Irish wolfhound cross). Over the passed 5 years they have passed across the rainbow bridge due to age and illness. Our lives are a little empty with each passing and now with none at home we would like to offer this place as a haven to other dogs that need the special treatment.

We live beside the Waimakariri river where there are great walks for your dogs to run around and in the summer have a chance for a swim. The section is approx 1.5sq metres with lots of space for your dog to run around. It is well fenced off in a nice quiet area with little traffic going past.

Your dog is looked after in a home environment and they are with someone 24x7 to provide the
personal care that your dog deserves. We even have a nice warm fire for those col days where they want nothing but to stay warm and dry.

Beside the back yard your dog will be taken for walks daily as if they were at home.
