Kia ora! I’m Hubre, a passionate animal lover and dedicated pet sitter. I’ve always had a deep connection with animals — I grew up in South Africa surrounded by all sorts of pets, from dogs and cats to rabbits, birds, and even the occasional farm animal. That early experience taught me how to understand and care for animals of all personalities and temperaments.

These days, I share my home with my two wonderful cats, Molly and Baloo, who keep me company and constantly remind me just how much joy pets bring to our lives. Having them has deepened my appreciation for the love, trust, and companionship animals give us — and why it’s so important they’re cared for with patience, kindness, and respect.

As a pet sitter, my goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s cuddles on the couch, playtime in the garden, or peaceful walks, I adapt to each pet’s unique needs and personality. You can count on me to treat your furry family members as if they were my own.

When I lived in the USA, I did dog walking for our neighbour and loved it!
