I remember when I was a kid, my dad would go for a walk around the block, find a stray dog, and end up bringing it home – I guess that’s where my passion and compassion for animals comes from! I have been around dogs and cats all my life. When we lived in Waikato, I used to look after all my friends’ dogs – for a few days, weeks or a couple of months. I am comfortable having them around all the time, in fact I think life is much more fun when dogs are around! For me, fur friends are part of the family, and your dog will be treated like family when they stay with us – we will go for a long walk, or just hang out in the couch; we will play and try a few tricks – whatever makes them happier.

Since moving to Hawkes Bay, I have met a few incredible sitters, but I also noticed they are hard to find.. so I decided to join the pet sitter club and offer you some help when you need it. Our home is dog friendly, your dog will have indoor /outdoor flow, we have a small size backyard, fully fenced, and we are close the park and relatively close to Pakowhai dog park. As I work full time, I will be taking bookings for
for boarding on weekends, Friday to Sunday (at my house or yours), visits can be booked all week long (I will be visiting on luchtime and after work). Walking also after work. As I have my fur baby, your pet needs to be worm and flea free. Your pet's vaccinations needs to be up-to-date so we can protect them all. You pup also needs to be toilet trained.

Boarding or house sitting - weekends only (Friday to Sunday). Your dog will always have someone looking after him, being me or my partner. There are no children in our home and my dog Conan (almost 10years old) get along with any dogs, but happy to organise a meet and greet before you commit to a booking. 

Happy to give oral medication or anything your dog needs to be comfortable.
