My great love for animals started when I was young and continues to this day, where I have a special interest in horses and dogs. I have been a pet owner for many years and I work closely with Dunedin Dog Rescue to support them where I can; currently I have an energetic rescue dog named Onyx and a young lab puppy called Quinn.

I am an experienced dog walker, pet sitter, enjoy obedience and other forms of training like scent work and rally obedience. I am an alternative therapy practitioner for dogs, horses and humans. I am a trainer and coordinator at the local dog club teaching both basic obedience skills and scent work. I am currently focussing on growing my skills by training towards becoming a dog behaviour specialist. Further I have a canine medical certificate.

I enjoy being in nature every day and taking dogs out with me, whether it's hikes, bikes, finding off the beat trails, beaches or swims. I am flexible with my services offered - vet visit, rehab appointment or grooming trip, home visit, private walk, adventure walk, basic obedience and behaviour training on walks etc. I am confident handling dog reactive dogs and other behaviorial challenges they may present. Further I have strong experience in rehab support for injuries or elderly pets who require specific exercises and walk schedules. 

I can also offer bespoke lifestyle property boarding options for your dog. This includes fully fenced large outside pens for day time hangs, farm and forest walks plus creek swims, as well as options for indoor sleeping if required. Further specialised boarding care includes basic obedience or behavioural training, rehab exercises, boarding options for reactive dogs, administering of medication, appointment visits etc and always free of charge, extra cuddles.

I can also help with cat visits and being a horse owner, I am experienced with horses should you want help feeding out etc.

My services would be mainly mornings, lunch or evenings, plus weekends. I can be flexible with services during other times.
