Hi, I’m Margo! I'm a 31 year old experienced dog walker and pet sitter from Canada, currently making Dunedin my home for the next year or two.

I have lots of experience walking and caring for a wide variety of dogs & cats, and I’ve previously worked for a dog walking and pet-sitting business. Because of this, I’m very comfortable establishing a simple, reliable routine to make sure your pet gets the exercise and attention they need while you’re working or othewise busy.

Having grown up with dogs, I truly understand that pets aren’t just animals you live with -- they’re members of the family. I treat every pet with patience, respect, and kindness, and make an effort to understand each animal’s unique personality by paying close attention to their body language and behavior. I’ve also participated in multiple obedience training courses with various dogs, so I’m familiar with a range of positive training techniques.

I love animals and am genuinely excited to care for your pets. I'm also a teacher and yoga instructor, but my schedule is very flexible. I'd love to set up some recurring weekly dog walks, so feel free to message me and we can figure out what works for you. I'm also more than happy to send along references from previous dog walking/pet sitting clients!

I'm available for dog walks, in-home dog sitting, and drop-in visits. For dog walks, I do require that your dog wears a harness (unless discussed otherwise).
