Your precious pooch will be cared for in a home away from home, just as if they are part of my own family.

I've been doing this for many years and have always had dogs in my life. I started this because I wanted the same environment for my own dogs whenever our family had to travel. A kennel is not a good environment for any dog and I wanted to create an experience that I would want for my own dog for whenever we had to leave, and in doing so, your dog should go home like they have had a nice holiday from you too. When they have stayed once, 100% of my re-booking clients are so excited and happy to come back again. 

We have a fully fenced property at the back of a ROW and your dog will have indoor /outdoor flow. We have a dog door so many dogs can be trained to use it. 

 I am a Mother of 3 teenage boys so I'm home most of the day and your beloved dog will have a real family environment. For some guests, my boys are great little helpers to play 'fetch'. 

 We go for walks on the beach or through the park every day. Sometimes after, we'll sit at the cafe together. It will be your preference if your dog stays on the lead or not on our daily walks. 

 The dog beds are set up in the main living area, but sometimes our guests will want to follow me to bed depending on their usual habits. That's OK too. 

Often, they won't be the only pooches that are staying with us, especially at peak times, so I make every endevour to assess each guest and ensure the right fit with our booked clients. For this reason, I request that all guests are well socialised with children AND dogs and do not show any signs of aggression. This is for the safety and well-being of all my lovely guests. So to ensure this, I always insist on a meet and greet at my home prior to any new client. At the meet and greet, we both decide if we are a good fit. All my visitors then end up having a lovely time with us and each other. 

 It is a requirement that all guests are fully toilet-trained to go outside and have grown out of the puppy teething stage. After accruing certain damage to personal property dogs under 1 year old , or not trained to toilet outside will not be accepted. 

 Please note that my property has a number of steps and stairs and your 'baby' will need to go up and down the steps without trouble. Therefore if your pooch is struggling with hip displacia or severe arthritis, my property may not be for you.

The way I take bookings is:

Dog boarding: drop off in the morning and pick up in the morning. If you require a later pick up time, then a day stay is added to the booking. I can take short and long stays. My longest stay client was for 3 months.
