Kayla

Hi everyone, my name is Kayla. I'm 26, part time worker but animals have always been my passion. I hope to one day own a boarding or grooming and daycare facility. I have a certificate in Animal Care and have volunteered at the SPCA in which I mostly dealt with dogs who were boarding.

I have a dog named Rocky who is very friendly. I can walk your dog with or without Rocky if you feel like your dog needs to learn social skills.

I am very comfortable with:

- Small breeds

- Large breeds

- Bull breeds

- Rescue dogs (Rocky is also a rescue dog)

My walks are generally 1 hour ( also depending on your dog) I normally do a lot of walking through the mairehau area/through parks as it is nice and quiet but with plenty of roads to teach them how to stop and sit before we cross the road. (The groynes dog park is close so that is always an option too. I am very careful when it comes to dog parks I will will walk through the park on the track rather than the exercise areas) I use positive reinforcement so I can either give them treats or a pat (its totally up to you)

Please note: For dog sitting I only allow vaccinated dogs in my home and can only host overnights on Saturday and Sunday nights.
