Kia ora my name is Francheska or Fran for short. Ever since I was young, caring for animals has brought me immense joy. I have always had a natural affection for furry friends and a desire to make them feel loved, secure, and comforted.   

For almost a year now, I have volunteered at the Dogwatch Sanctuary Centre, helping with basic care duties, giving training and ensuring the dogs are happy. Through this experience, I have learned how to meet the diverse needs of pets and identify when an animal may be distressed or unwell. I also currently work part-time at Animates where I gain further knowledge to best care for dogs and cats.    

My motivation for offering pet sitting and walking services comes from my genuine love of animals and desire to help make their lives happier. For me, pet sitting is more than a job; it is an opportunity to form bonds with both wonderful pets and their caring owners. I aim to provide a safe, nourishing environment for pets during their owners' absence.

As a dog walker and sitter, my services are tailored to meet your pet's needs and schedule. On weekdays, I am usually available between 10am-2pm or 4pm-onwards or any time depending on the day so please let me know and on Sundays from 11am- onwards! 

For dogs that require sitting, I provide in-home services where I visit your pet at your residence. As I do not keep pets at my own home, I ensure your dog is comfortable and familiar with his own environment during your absence. My dog sitting services include:

• Multiple daily visits for walks, feeding, fresh water and company

• Administering any needed medications 

• Updates and photos sent to owners during the duration of the sitting  

• Exercise, grooming and TLC to make sure your pup is well cared for
