My Husband and I are looking for some doggie friends to walk in the evening / weekends, or keep us company while you’re away.

We both grew up with dogs, and have house/pet sat for a few family and friends. We have fostered pups/dogs, puppy raised and boarded for NZ Assistance Dogs, and had friends dogs stay with us.

We are looking into other ways of having animals in our lives due to a change in work schedule. We both work full time, with 3 days WFH a week. For longer (than a week) house sits, pets would need to be happy being alone for 6 hours the 2 days we are both at work.

We own our own home and are happy to share it with a pup or well behaved fully vaccinated dog if they need some love and attention while you’re busy/away. For boarding at our home, bookings would need to be considered around our work schedule to ensure they are not left alone.
