Hello, I am Sheree, 27 years old and I live in Somerfield. I grew up on a lifestyle block in North Canterbury with my family and several animals. I am currently in my 2nd year of studying to be a registered nurse. Additionally, I work casual hours at a retirement home, and I am also a support worker in the community, which allows me to spend more time with your pet while housesitting, as I am able to schedule my work around housesitting. I have been on Pawshake for over 2 years and have plenty of experience as you can see by viewing my profile. I have experience walking large, medium, and small dogs. As well as dogs that have special needs such as those that have trouble trusting people, are frightened of other dogs, and need constant supervision or kept on a leash. 

Services

Dog walking - I am offering a 1-hour walk, whether that be at a local park throwing the ball around, a dog park, or the beach. I offer group dog walks or 1x1 dog walks. I have a full licence and a reliable car to pick up and drop off your dog with car harnesses for safety. I have my own lead, dog poo bags, and tennis ball always handy in my car. I will walk your dog rain or shine!

House-sitting - The first time we meet is at your house for a meet and greet, so you can show me your house, teach me any tips and tricks I should know and discuss care for the pet etc. I recommend you write me a detailed list of instructions before the house sitting date, so I won't forget anything vital. While staying at your house, I will follow all instructions, put bins out, clean up after myself and the pet, and respect your property. During this time I will endeavour to spend as much time as possible at your place while also attending class at Ara. I will walk your dog 1-2 times a day depending on your requirements. As someone who is very tidy, perhaps even a clean freak, I promise to always keep your house spotless. I will put your pet's needs first while in my care and communicate with you as much as possible. I will be happy to provide you with updates and photos while I am dog walking or pet sitting.

A house visit includes the following: An hour-long visit to your home to check in on your pet, feed them, take them out to the toilet, top up their water bowl, or even take them to an appointment if you can't. This can also include a 30-minute walk or play in the backyard. If you are going away on vacation and have cats who can live on their own, but whose food needs to be replenished, this option comes in handy. 

2x house visits a day include a morning visit and an evening visit.
