Gidday!!!! My name is Shelley :)
From a young age, I have had an innate drawing towards the love and care of animals. At the age of 30 I decided to follow my heart and pursue a career in Veterinary nursing.
I begun my journey by volunteering with the QLD RSPCA. I also had the pleasure of working with the RDA (Riding for the Disabled), which added a new aspect to my volunteer work.
My work with the RSPCA deepened my passion and developed my understanding of animal welfare.
I have now completed my Veterinary nursing qualifications and currently work for SPCA.
I endeavor to provide your pet/pets with the best care possible.
I am conscientious, reliable and an extremely trustworthy person. I am happy for you to view my drivers license and/or passport at the time of our meet and greet... This is to ensure your own peace of mind throughout the duration of your trip.
Home visits include:
- One dog walk per day (weather permitting) or 30 min of TLC and mental stimulation.

Shelley is truly a terrific young lady who knows how to care for animals. Upon meeting my 2 dogs , they were attracted to her in every way, She provided sitting and walking and nothing was any trouble. Sje goes above and beyond and has a genuine passion to care for animals., I will be inviting Shelley back and my fur babies will be happy.
Highly recommend for trust, care, knowledge .....Thank you Shelley
We highly recommend Shelley for house/ pet sitting. Our 2 dogs are like our babies and when we met Shelley we were at ease with leaving to go on a holiday for 6 nights. She went above and beyond as both dogs required additional needs e.g grooming and feeding seperate due to food aggression, which wasn’t an issue. One also had diarrhoea while we were away and that wasn’t an issue either. We could enjoy our holiday knowing Shelley was taking exceptional care of them!!!
She also left the house immaculate. We are definitely at ease thinking about our next holiday knowing our dogs will be happy in her care.
-Currently completing my 2nd year in ACM40212 Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
-As part of the “Make Your Mark” program with the RSPCA QLD, I was able to achieve Gold, Silver and Bronze certification
