Hi, my name is Hannah! I am a crazy dog and cat lady, growing up with animals my entire life. I am so crazy about animals, that I have chosen vet nursing as my career! As someone that has grown up with animals throughout my life, I feel as though they are just a natural part of my life and most definitely, members of the family. I have grown up with dogs of varying sizes as well as cats. Throughout my study and work, I have also become experienced with birds, rats, mice, guinea pigs, and rabbits.
For over two years, I have volunteered at Dogwatch Sanctuary Trust. This gave me the skills to work with dogs of very large sizes, as well as small. Though I may look small, I am comfortable with any breed or size of dog or cat. Since 2017, I have also been employed as a casual cattery assistant. In 2017, I also completed a certificate of Animal Management (Level 4) through Ara. This enabled me to have a greater understanding of animal welfare, as well as giving me the opportunity to do a great amount of work placement in catteries, kennels, doggy daycares as well as rescue centres for both cats and dogs.
As a petsitter, I realise that your pets are not only important, but your home is too.
I am an honest and reliable person, and will only treat your property (and your pets) with the utmost care and respect. If desired, I will provide daily updates and pictures of your pets. I will follow instructions to a T, especially those concerning dietary and medical requirements as well as rules regarding your home. When I am at your home or with your pet, I will give them 100% of my attention, providing lots of play and exercise.
I am available over school holidays, public holidays, and Christmas holidays. I am not limited to Rolleston, I can provide services in Christchurch and any area within Selwyn.
Hannah was excellent our dogs we’re very happy our home was lovely and clean. We would recommend Hannah anytime Thanks for doing a great job.
Awesome to have Hannah stay with our pooch in our own home as he is used to human company and can get quite homesick for his family. He got to go on a play date and was in really good spirits when we arrived home. Easy & hassle free. Thank you
