Josh and Ellia

Hi there,

We're so glad you're taking the time to learn a bit about us - we just want to take a second to sum us up in a nutshell. We arrived in Tauranga in February of 2018 from Canada and have been living in the area ever since. We started House-sitting full-time early into 2019 and have been loving every minute of it! We are a very active outdoorsy (non-smoking) couple, best described as trustworthy, hardworking and responsible with a love for animals.

Now to crack that nut open and learn a bit more about us....

Josh, 25, is the Operations Manager at Waimarino for both their adventure park and their kayak tours and takes on a lot of the responsibilities there while Ellia, 27, is very studious and currently working on her second degree this time in Marine Biology which leaves her with a flexible schedule meaning your pets can get the attention they deserve. When looking after dogs we tend to go for up to two walks (depending on the furry friend) each day in order to make sure they are getting the exercise and attention they need. Both having grown up with pets has instilled a deep-seeded love of animals in us. It means that we are comfortable caring for any furry, feathered or fin'd friends.

We want you to feel at ease knowing that your home is in good hands so that you can focus on your trip, rest assured we take a lot of pride in everything that we do and caring for your home will be no exception. Because we are local if you wanted to meet us before your trip that can absolutely be arranged - the coffee's on us.

We're available for short or long term house sitting - just let us know what your needs are.
