"Grace came to feed our fish while we were away.
All went well...she kept the pond clear of fallen leaves etc and everyone was still alive when we came home-bad experience in the past!!!

"It was my first time hiring a pet sitter and my first time entrusting my house key to a complete stranger and I had my doubts and fears, but Britney completely took that away. She is sweet, timely and most importantly, kind to my Leo. She cleaned after him properly, played with him for hours, cuddled him, and gave him all the love that I couldn't give while I was away. She even did things that wasn't required from her like cleaning any messes around the house and she even sew back his toy that was ripped apart.
She would always ask before she does anything, even the smallest things - just so she's sure she won't be making any mistake. She's very considerate and she allowed me to travel with ease. At some point, I stopped worrying so much because I know Leo was in good hands and I could not have found a more perfect pet sitter. She is a 6 out of 5 stars and you will not regret hiring Britney, she will look after your babies perfectly. "

"We're so glad to have found Pawshake and Cecilia. Sometimes you have to leave your furry friends, and having a kind caring person there for them is really great.
Cecilia was accommodating, and punctual. We felt 100% confident in leaving her in charge of our two pooches. We left her the key to our caravan, and she gave us peace of mind for a day out in Auckland.

"Erika is an absolute dream. My dog Emma bonded with Erika right away. Emma has trauma so only trusts people right away if she can tell that they love, respect, and understand dogs - and Erika passed Emma’s test with flying colours. <3 Erika understands dog language and communicates effectively both with Emma and with Emma’s dog friends. Erika’s goal is to meet the dog where they are and work for the dog’s best interests. In just two meetings, Erika was able to show me so many ways to build Emma’s confidence, understand Emma’s body language, and use my voice and body to communicate effectively with Emma. These skills will strengthen our bond and make it possible for Emma to enjoy many different situations and activities that used to cause her stress. I would leave Emma with Erika or have her take her on walks any day. I look forward to Erika being available again so Emma can continue her work with you. "
