Hello, I'm Ell and I live in Auckland. I've always loved all kinds of animals since I was young. I enjoy observing and spending time with them, and giving them love.

I offer pet sitting within 25 km of Auckland Central.

- I work from home and spend most of my time at home, I usually stay home but I might be out 3–8 hours few times a week at random. And I’m not planning on getting a full-time job, I'll keep working from home. I welcome both independent pets and pets that need lots of attention. 
- I don’t have my own pets or kids. 
- I’m happy to send daily photos/videos updates and messages to keep you informed. 
- I don’t smoke, vape, do drugs, or drink.
- I’ll make sure your pet doesn’t get access to any human food or scraps. I’ll only give the food you allow.
- I’ll look after your home with respect and make sure it’s tidy by the time you return. 
- I'm easygoing when it comes to house environments.
- I'm comfortable caring for other small pets in your home. (fish, rodents, plants / All included)
- I’m comfortable and happy to have your pet sleep in my bed with me, if that’s what they want.
- I can do daily dog walks during dog sitting if they’re needed. (No additional fees)
- I plan to stay alone, and usually I don’t bring visitors during very short term pet sits, but for longer sits over a week, a trusted friend may occasionally visit few times a week for a few hours during the day. It would be just one person.
- I’m happy for pet cameras to be used in your home. For privacy, please let me know where they are located. I’m most comfortable with up to two cameras in areas where pets spend most of their time.
- I take full responsibility for every confirmed booking and have never cancelled one.
- If requested, I can provide files of my passport or ID, or additional references to verify my identity. Pawshake also has my identity information.

🌞 About me / Summary : I was born in 1997 and have an introverted, cautious personality. Growing up, my environment didn’t allow for cats or dogs, but I always wanted them. So I could only keep small pets like rodents. At one point, I had seven cages in my home. It made me treasure every opportunity to be around cats and dogs, and I feel genuine happiness just being with them. I’ve loved drawing, making miniatures, and doing 3D modeling from a young age. I’ve worked at a 3D modeling company and a pet shop, ran an online store for custom pet products, and now work as a freelance graphic designer, artist, and creator. In New Zealand, I first worked as a housekeeper, and now I focus on pet sitting, reading. I love being around animals and enjoy experiencing life in different homes across New Zealand.

Pet sitting experiences: I have done 220+ days of total pet care experience across 15+ pet sits in New Zealand, The longest sit was 3 months, and the shortest was 1 day. The breeds I have cared for include Ragdoll Cat, Cats, Border Collie, Shih Tzu, Maltese, Yorkshire Terrier, Greyhound, Miniature Schnauzer, Great Pyrenees, Golden Pyrenees, Bichon Frise, Jack Russell Terrier, Chorkie, Havadoodle.

Dog walking service experiences: Poodle, Labrador retriever, Miniature schnauzers, Maltese & Yorkshire Terriers in New Zealand.

Pets I’ve personally raised: Shih Tzu (for a short time) and variety of small animals, including Rodents (Guinea pig, Chinchillas, Hamsters, Gerbils, Panda mouse), Birds(Quails and Society finches), and Snails. I love guinea pigs so much that many of my belongings feature guinea pig or capybara designs.

Professional Experience: I worked for 2.5 years at a pet specialty shop, 'Millepet' in South Korea, where I managed more than 30 different species of tropical fish, as well as crayfish, shrimp, turtles (Peninsula cooters), rhinoceros beetle, hedgehogs, hamsters, snails, hermit crabs, and guinea pigs, while also handling pet food and supplies.

* Long-term sits are welcome, For longer sits over 4 weeks, I’m happy to discuss flexible pricing depending on the length and care required.

* Seasonal price : $7 extra on Fridays & Saturdays & Public holidays

Around 30-45 minutes walk near your home, or play with a ball in a nearby park or yard. I will send a tracking photo after each walk, showing the duration, route, and whether your dog went to the toilet.

 I’ll feed them, change water, play with them or whatever you want in your house. I expect this will happen inside the house and around 20-45 minutes.

Depending on the situation, I could either do two separate visits or stay continuously from morning until late afternoon.
